Kathy greeted me as I arrived and gave me a great induction. The sauna was a perfect temperature and the view from inside is amazing! Cold plunge was cold but not so cold that new comers wouldn’t enjoy. Thanks for a great experience and I am excited to come every week.

Lovely location. Beautiful views. Run by lovely people with a wonderful mission. My sauna and sunset this evening was just beautiful.

We had a fantastic Sauna in this unique and special setting, sat watching the sun go down over the farm. Nipping in and out of the plunge pool to cool off. The log fired sauna gave a real authentic feel. Booking was easy and good value. We can't wait to come back!.

I recently had the opportunity of enjoying a sauna followed by a cold plunge at this fantastic new wellness space based at Lopemede Farm. The setting is stunning & my host could not have been any more welcoming. The facilities were everything that I needed & I left feeling truly refreshed & rejuvenated. I will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing Sauna in nature on a farm with the most breathtaking sunsets and views. Changing rooms, shower and plunge pool all available as well 😍.

Fabulous setting on the top of a hill overlooking the countryside. Great sauna and cold plunge in a lovely area with decent changing rooms. Can’t wait to see how it develops.
