I’ve been twice now…..it’s hard to go just once, the dopamine makes you do it 😉
Very welcoming and informative reception followed by a few squeals in the cold and some big sighs in the heat. Weirdly this all culminates in a gorgeous relaxed happy feeling for the rest of the day and the next!
Lovely rural surroundings makes for really cool unfussy all round experience. See you again next month. 🥵 🥶

Absolutely brilliant experience, I've been to many different saunas and this is by far my favourite, stunning setting, perfectly ran. Not just a sauna and ice dip but an entire wellness experience, can't wait to come back.

I had a great communal sauna experience at Sonder. It was my first outdoor sauna and the representative who met us there was so warm and friendly. The experience was amazing. So wholesome to be in nature - highly recommend

Cathy was the best host ever for my daughter’s birthday! She was welcoming and friendly and explained everything to the girls so they knew what to do and to feel comfortable. It was an amazing experience for them all and in a fantastic environment with views that go on for miles. Cathy even went the extra mile and got some cupcakes with a candle in for the birthday girl and her friends which were gobbled up on the way home! Would definitely recommend Cathy and Sonder Experience to everyone! Thank you for making her day special!

We had a fantastic experience visiting Sonder Experience to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The sauna had a beautiful nature view, including views of different birdlife, it felt like a retreat to the countryside. When combined with the sauna, the cold plunge was a fun and enjoyable experience and can absolutely be recommended. Kathy was very lovely and greeted us on arrival, before giving a helpful talk about the sauna and the cold plunge. We will be returning :-)

My wife suggested going today after seeing Sonder Experience on Instagram. We are SO glad we did. It is tucked away on a really lovely farm and it’s just such a nice unassuming little set up. The gentleman who took care of us was very friendly and polite. The sauna was great and the view was amazing. I would be lying if I said the 2 minutes I spent in the cold plunge was the funnest experience I’ve ever had (it was -2 outside after all) but I felt absolutely fantastic afterwards!
We are looking forward to coming back soon with some friends to do it again when we can see the sun set. 100% would recommend. A lovely experience.

What can I say??? I love coming to sonder for the sauna and ice plunge, I've been nearly every week for the past few months, I'm hooked!!! Cathy is great and very knowledgeable, talking you through the best ways to use your time there and then benefits of both heat and ice, it's such a lovely chilled environment and actually a great way to meet new people! I will be back again and again and again lol thank you xx

This was an absolutely incredible experience. I enjoy a sauna regularly and have been fortunate enough to have had a number of sauna experiences across Scandinavia but this was up there with the very best of them. Kathy was extremely welcoming on arrival and explained the layout and from there I had an almost perfect hour between the sauna and the plunge pool. The outdoor location really made it for me and I was fortunate enough to have an hour on my own. I really can't recommend this highly enough and I will certainly return in the near future. Really lovely sauna and cold plunge experience! We totally enjoyed the secluded location its so much nicer than a very public local hotel because its right next to fields and when its light can see out of sauna. Also great benefit of cold dipping right next to sauna! Absolute delight!.

I brought my girlfriends and we absolutely loved it. I have never been to a sauna/ice plunge like the one at Sonder experience. It was the beautiful greenery, farm life and Cathy's supportive and educational guidance that made it so special. Will definitely be going back.

Looking for something to do with a friend and found this. Beautiful location, simple and rustic. The host was really friendly and made us a cup of tea. The sauna was fantastic with the most amazing view. We did the cold plunge 3 times and it felt great. The host provided a salt scrub to rub on before rinsing off in the cold shower. My skin was silky soft afterwards and I felt a glow inside for the rest of the day. An awesome experience relaxing with a friend and really good value.

Kathy greeted me as I arrived and gave me a great induction. The sauna was a perfect temperature and the view from inside is amazing! Cold plunge was cold but not so cold that new comers wouldn't enjoy. Thanks for a great experience and I am excited to come every week.

We had a fantastic Sauna in this unique and special setting, sat watching the sun go down over the farm. Nipping in and out of the plunge pool to cool off. The log fired sauna gave a real authentic feel. Booking was easy and good value. We can't wait to come back!.

I recently had the opportunity of enjoying a sauna followed by a cold plunge at this fantastic new wellness space based at Lopemede Farm. The setting is stunning & my host could not have been any more welcoming. The facilities were everything that I needed & I left feeling truly refreshed & rejuvenated. I will definitely be visiting again.
